Jamie arrived promptly after responding to our request. The repair was done, and he suggested getting the gutters updated they told us they had cleaned them out some.He was unsure what the problem was but could be upper level downspout.He checked in the next day and it was still dry. When I called a week later as it was leaking I received no response for several days, and messages. Since he was out of town he said he would call me back and arrange to come by that week.I received no call back and again left several messages. He then called and told us he was busy but would be in the area that week. I asked to be notified, if I was not home could he take pics of the problem. I have now called, emailed many times and still no one showed up. With all the rain it is a leak we will now have to find someone else to fix. It seems a cheap fix was done in quick time, took our money, and then never returned. We are always looking for companies to do smaller jobs and will use again for future, luckily we found a great company to do plumbing for another job for us. We would not use this roofing company again , and never recommend it. Very disappointed.

We received a call from Jamie after posting the review. We received a full refund of $621.50. We appreciate the refund to go towards our roof repair.
