Everyone we interacted with at CertaPro was professional and attentive. They arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job. We had a small issue but they resolved it immediately.

We recently had our water heater replaced and I was very happy with the service. Jim was prompt and helpful. I had to call back later in the day to ask a question about the temperature and they came back within an hour to show me how to fix the problem. They are probably not the cheapest, but they know what they are doing and have excellent service so it is worth it in the long run.

Great experience with this contractor. When I called, Tim was able to give me good information about what would need to be done, how long it would take and the approximate cost. He arrived right at the time we scheduled and fixed the carpet efficiently and with minimal disruption.
