very difficult task of cutting trusses a triangular roof structure in a luxury home. Had many carpenters and framers come and try to do the job. they were either incapable or unable to do it. Dan came in and delivered a great job. He did it on budget and more importantly on time. Very punctual and professional. Direct in his approach and his execution. I have used him for additional projects thereafter. he has delivered the same experience on every one.

Ordered in march, got installation scheduled for July. The windows were very late to begin with. Then Alex the owner, came on installation day with only 3 of the 8 windows. Worked for an hour or so and left. I arranged to have scaffold.10' available, which they did not want to install. So I said work on the remaining windows and I will set it up myself. They said they wanted to do all the window cut outs at once before they installed. This did not make sense. I thought you would cut out one window install and move on to the next one. I asked him to explain the process as it didn't make sense, instead he swears at my wife and I and hangs up. He took $5600 of our money and now he is not responding to any calls or texts. Be very very weary of this company. Stay away.

Tony did an inspection for us yesterday. He was prompt, informative, explained things well and was very thorough with his inspection. He was honest and balanced in his opinion, which is important. He stayed longer than expected without any extra charges or unpleasantness. It was almost 5 hours long and he maintained his focus and shared a few jokes along the way. It was a pleasure working with him.

Gerry is a nice person, but he is totally unorganized and unreliable. His after installation service is non existent. He is very cheap and promises to get the work started right away. However, he will start the task and no show for months on end. It took hours of yelling and screaming to get my deposit back. I had to get the work redone as it was done so poorly. He is a nice guy but that's where it ends.

I have known this company for 7 years now. Usually, I am very hesitant to refer services to people, but in Nino's case, It is a pleasure. He makes ME look good. He is my only choice in irrigation services. Good service and price and more importantly. He has an actual warranty on his product that he stands by.
