We had some really bad cigarette burns on our carpets that we needed repaired as fast as possible because we needed to sell our home. After doing some research and talking to Mark at Victorious Carpet I felt confident that they could repair the carpet and at a reasonable price. He sent Al to do the job within a couple days and we were thrilled with the results. He did an amazing job. You can not tell the carpet was repaired unless you knew where to look for the repairs. They had to come a longer distance and this cost a little bit more but it was well worth it. I would call Victorious Carpet Installation and Repair in an instant if and when I need any further services. We were completely satisfied and would recommend them to all our friends and family.
