We were taken on a tour of the plant, all of our questions were carefully answered to our satisfaction. Any touchups were immediately looked after.

We had Alex come to give us an estimate on refacing our kitchen cabinets. He was a day late. When he arrived he took a drawer as an example. He was to come back in several days with an estimate. That never happened. He still has our drawer. I highly do not recommend hiring him.

We made arrangements with Masumi Landscaping to do some stone work in our backyard in April 2016. Wade said he would start in June. I tried calling him, left messages no return calls, spoke to him once and he said he would start on June 7. We made preparations in the yard, he never called or appeared. I find him extremely unreliable and I strongly do not recommend his services.

John gave a thorough explanation on the operation of the key pad. He arrived when he said he would. I had a question about the key pad, one month later and he arrived at my house to give an explanation within an hour of me calling. I would definitely recommend his company.
