Richard Pennings is one of the best (if not THE best) professionals I have ever hired. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair priced, efficient and completely trustworthy -- not to mention, a very sweet guy! He knows where our house key is and will fix a leak with very short notice. He has installed central air and other plumbing work for me over the years. I would recommend him in an instant! I'm very happy to take this opportunity to promote one of the good guys.
