I am a Real Estate investor, and have so far hired Saburau Renovations to work on 3 properties, 2 of which were a full cosmetic update. One was a full renovation of a 1,000 sqft condo, with hardwood floors throughout, a new kitchen, two full bathrooms renovated, and everything was updated. The other one was a 4 bedroom house that also had a full renovation, with everything cosmetic redone. I will attach some before and after pictures of this house - the change is stunning. I am starting another project soon, and Saburau will be renovating the property for me. Alex does excellent work, is very reasonable and professional, and is an enjoyable person to work with. 1-800 Drywall made everything easy for me. I placed my order online with knowledgeable and helpful staff that answered all my questions. The delivery showed up on time and my drywall was placed in the location I specified. The products are of the best quality just as I expected they would be. All in all, a pleasant experience that I would have no problem repeating. Good company to deal with. For a lot of the products, they were the cheapest, plus free delivery helped. Some of their products were a little more expensive than elsewhere, but the overall price was still the lowest.

I had Pave-Tech widen the driveway on a rental property in Orillia in order to fit two more cars. I needed it done right, because I don't want high maintenance costs in the long term. I wasn't able to be around on the day they did the work. However, I was very satisfied with the quality of work done. Part of the area they were paving had stone pavers, and they cut these neatly to perfectly fit in where I needed the driveway. Overall, they left the site clean, did the work on time, and I would use them again.
