I had a terrible experience with this company. To their credit they sent a plumber to my rental property quickly but that is where the good service stops. The plumber who was sent did a terrible job and did not fix the issue. He also said I needed to have a extensive replacement job done. I put my tenants up in a hotel until my regular plumber came the next morning and fixed it for less and said all that most of what I had been told by Plumber on Demand had been wrong. When I tried to complain, I was told they only took emails and there was never any response. I wish I had read the real reviews - not the ones on their site.

The contractors and sub-contractors are top-notch. The job was done very well. Melissa project manages and schedules all trades people in an organized fashion. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Joe the Mover came very highly recommended to me and I will recommend them to others. They came in good time; were fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. They moved me out of town without any hassle. The team was very careful with all my objects including a piano.

John did a quick and excellent job for us. He was able to think of a simpler solution to a problem that no one had come up with previously. I was also very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. I will definitely use him again and will recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say. Even though my quote was 1.5 years old, Valentin had a record of it. He got back to me quickly, did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. We had great communication throughout the process. The yard & basement was put back together amazingly well.
