We were given the name of Gemini from a trusted friend. The eavestrough work was completed in an efficient manner and the men doing the job were very nice. However, we had a leak in our roof which we suspected was related to the eavestroughs. We asked for the workers to return and put caps on the back of the eavestrough downspouts to control overflow problems and perhaps solve the roof leak. Although we called at least four times and were promised that the workers would return, they never did. We finally ended up hiring someone else to correct the problem. We had intended to hire this company to replace our roof but this incident cause us to go with someone else. No matter how competent the workers seem, if they will not stand behind their product when a problem arises with weeks, they are not a company worth dealing with.
