We have hot water again! Great experience. I called Jeff for a quote late Friday afternoon and scheduled for a Monday install. The guys came first thing in the morning and were all done before noon.

Went looking for quotes (I think I collected 6 or 7, which was more than I had planned on) for the removal of 2 large spruce trees as well as a large pine. I chose to go with all season as they offered a very competitive rate including stump grinding and were covered with wcb and liability insurance. The trees were very close to my house so wanted it done right. A crew of 4 guys showed up about ten days after booking. All three trees were cut down the same day, stumps were ground a few days later. Happy to report no damage done to anything in our yard and clean up was great as well. So much more light in our house, it's great!
Had Top to Bottom contruction out in October to replace our very steep roof on our 11/2 story home. they were working on another roof in our neighbourhood which is how we found them. They quoted one week (very reasonable pricing, which they stuck to from start to finish)and got to work the very next week. Roof looks great and 6 months later and a lot of wind and snow we have had 0 issues. The only issue we have had it with the calking on one of the gutter ends , but hey, it's an easy and cheap fix so hardly worth considering. We would get them again in a second.

It was time to replace our old windows as they were originals from the 50's and 60's and were beyond the point of repair. I did some research and then lined up a number of companies for quotes, I think it was 7 in total, I wanted to make sure we were getting both a great product and a good deal. We went with Canadian choice because of their great product, their ratings on this site, their transferable warranty, and because they went out of their way to receive our business. They did a great job both with the initial presentation (thanks Max!) and with the installation. Alex the installer actually managed to install all 6 windows (and they are big windows) in one day. They made sure that at the end of the job we were fully satisfied...great customer service. Very happy we went with this company.
