A great company to have install a garage door for you. Right from Terry whom helped us in picking door types, colours, explaining the process of installing a door right up to correcting the colour of screws that were used to install the weather stripping..Everything was top notch. He was a pleasure to work with. His installation person (sorry could not remember his name) was fantastic. He was very hard working and did an excellent job on installing our door, showed a lot of pride in his work. Even right up to leaving our garage very clean after he was done. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Ultra lite doors. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to replace a garage door.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone whom is thinking of installing a sprinkler system. Kyle was a great person to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to, answered all of our questions (and there were a lot). He helped us along our journey in an area that we had no real knowledge. He took the time to explain where the sprinklers would go and why he thought they should be there, gave plenty of options for us. Kyle came back after installation was done and walked us through the whole set up of the timer panel. The plumber (LJ) that did our plumbing was one of the nicest people that I have met, knowledgeable, great work, took a lot of pride in what he does. Daryl and his crew where great as well, worked really hard in very hot weather and had our system up in less than two days.. Even the customer service people who helped organize the follow up calls had a very nice phone personality All in all we had an excellent experience with everyone involved in our project. Couldn't ask for a better company.

A great experience. Darcy was fantastic...spent a couple of hours at our house, up on the roof taking pictures, measuring, explaining the many options of shingles. He provided samples and when we asked if we could see a couple of larger samples he provided them as well, very quickly. A great gentleman to work with. Sarah was a pleasure as well....Because of the weather (RAIN) our job was pushed back several times. She was always on top of rescheduling and working with us on alternate times. She was a very pleasant lady to deal with. The crew was amazing...ten people, one day boom new roof. I came home during my lunch break to see how it was going and was amazed at the buzz of work happening, everyone doing something, never seen that many people working on a roof before. When we got back home that night, there was a beautiful new roof. Everything was clean and the bin was ready for pickup. We had a bit of a problem with some damage to an arbour that we have, the company took care of us completely and ensured that we were satisfied. We have already had the neighbours asking about who were those people.... Great job guys and gals. Ron

product installation was o.k., crew was o.k. customer after service subpar. Took 11 months for correct windows to be replaced. Mis-measured and brought wrong type of windows, would not or could not set up work outside of weekdays.
