Was informed of prices than told I must sign a credit card slip before any work was complete (only to find out later he was not licensed to demand payment before service). Then received bill with excessive charges that were tacked on that I was never informed of. Those charges could not be disputed because the credit card slip was already signed. To date, he has 42 BBB complaints against him. If you are not changing your business practises after 5 complaints you either are incompetent or you don't care as long as you are getting paid. It is my strong opinion after my experience that the later is the case concerning this company.
