Paul had a good sales pitch about price and quality and made some promises that weren't ever kept. The roof looks like it was done by an infant (see pics), I had TWO SEPARATE incidences of water damage. They were suddenly too busy to do "warranty work" until it was clear I was going to sue them. They eventually fixed the leak but not the damage that was done by it. The rest of the job looks ridiculous. Roof was done in 2007. It's very suspicious to see that a couple of "customers" gave them a 10 - obviously the company owners rating themselves under pseudonyms. I've attached a few pics but once this forum improves i'll be happy to post many more by request.
