We are very pleased with our new Strassburger windows replaced by Exterior Transformations. Mike recommended brick-to-brick installation and initially I wanted a retrofit but later changed my mind. Needless to say, it turned out much better than I expected in many ways: 1. I was afraid of damage to my ceramic tiles around kitchen and bathrooms windows – absolutely nothing happened ! 2. I was concerned with the dust - yes, there was quite a bit of dust but the installers removed the debris every day and we were able to clean up the rooms after the installation relatively fast 3. I was anxious about excessive amount of caulking and painting of new frames - the quality and tightness of installed window seals and frames are superb; freshly painted new frames and the trim around new windows look magnificent; old frames were OK but they were painted and re-painted many times before so even with a new coat of paint they would have looked old ! 4. I like wide-slat wood blinds matching interior or exterior decoration colors – mounted inside the frame of great–looking windows they look absolutely perfect. 5. Mike actually delivered more than he promised in the contract which was a pleasant surprise that hasn’t happened to us before although we have gone through our fair share of home renovations. I would highly recommend Exterior Transformations to all potential customers contemplating windows installation in their homes.
