I am stuck in the same boat as well! I was promised a kitchen reno that was supposed to begin on July 14th... I had taken out everything from my kitchen, sold my appliances and to my surprise the business is closed and bankrupt!!!! I am so angry and do not know what to do and most of all want my deposit back.... can someone please advise how to go about this??
