This is the second time we have used Alex's services for a home renovation. Our first experience with Alex was in 2014 when we did a basement gut and renovation. We had an excellent experience with Alex at that time, which is why we went to him again for our home addition. From our first meeting Alex was very patient and understanding, and gave us few options to think about. He provided drawings based on what we discussed and changed them as we needed. At the end we decided not to pursue the home renovation and buy a house instead. However we are very happy with Alex and team, and will absolutely go to him again for a third time!

We hired Jay to do our complete basement renovation (bathroom, bedroom and living room). Jay did a FANTASTIC job. We are very happy with the finished basement. From the beginning Jay was very punctual, his team was always on time and worked very hard all day. Overall the project was ahead of schedule even with some delays from the city inspectors. Jay is really proud of the work he does and it shows in the end product. His team is very hard working and diligent. Anytime we had questions Jay would answer them right away and provide clarification whenever we asked. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy! At the end we have a beautiful basement that we are really proud of. Jay helped us to choose the materials, tiles, paint colours which was a huge help! We could tell that he cares for the customers and really tries to make them happy. We are so happy to have hired Jay and will hire him again for our future projects.

We hired Tony for the lowering and underpinning of our basement in March 2014. We were extremely happy with the finished job that Tony did and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about him. We were really impressed with the timeline that Tony had given us in comparison to other contractors, and were even more impressed when Tony finished the job ahead of schedule! Tony and his crew work extremely hard and are very diligent. They do not waste time and are always one step ahead. They were also careful around my 6 month old baby and always cleaned up before they left for the day. We are very happy with Tony and will definitely recommend him to anyone that is considering hiring him.
