On Jul 13, 2014, a KCC hanging cabinet collasped from my kitchen wall without any warning signs. It was due to a problem of installation . the heavy cabitnet was hanged by 4 filmsy screws without other support and 1 screw was screwed loosely to the dry wall and not the stud . I contacted KCC and spoke with Sam , who denied any responsibilities of faulty installation. I am still waiting for an answer from this company.
