I had the misfortune of meeting Steve from Elite Exteriors, He did my roof ,,,it cost me 1800$ to fix it. He took a 5000$ deposit for a window purchase & install in April 2014,,,, I have yet to receive my windows & he refuses to refund my money,,,,oh sorry he'll refund my money in installments,,,,even though I paid him in full, OOhhh & don't look for him to return phone calls ,,,,,unless he wants more money!!!! signed a very upset & ripped off customer!!!

- give customers what they promise ,,,return phone calls ,,,,show up when they are suspost too!!!!
