I am impressed with the service provided by Valley View Appliances Ltd. Steve was punctual, polite and clearly explained what was needed to get the fridge working again. Going forward I would: Call Valley View for any other appliance problem Recommend Valley View to others as it can be tricky finding honest, reliable companies. (Oh yes, I have learned the hard way).

Extremely impressed! I called around 11:00, and Chris was here around 1:00 (Yes, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way!). He got the pilot light back on, and discussed the options for replacing the old tank. He included the removal of the water softener ( such an archaic piece of $&!+). How wonderful to experience professionalism with initial phone conversation. I was 'wedged-in' between two appointments. Not one to miss a meal, I felt guilty that Chris did not have a lunch break! A pleasant, helpful fellow with a Maritimer's wit. THANK YOU ARPIS!!!

Feiross was conducting the annual service of sump pump. There's poor lighting in that area so I got a lamp. Immediately Feiross noticed the moisture on the walls. We checked the rest of the basement and noticed leaks in other areas. The previous owners installed the sump pump, but not the more costly wall system, and wall ducts. I appreciate the way Feiross took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, as well as provide two quotes. He ensured I understood, and often repeated information for me to take notes. I am thoroughly impressed with Feiross, and Basement Systems Calgary.

A fabulous job! An amazing difference regarding comfort, beauty and function. Tony is on time, helpful, respectful and patient. He was here to help with the installations every day! The work was done well and quickly. My new front door is gorgeous, as are the windows. I had difficulty choosing the front door colour and design so I appreciated Tony's patience and knowledge: it was supper time yet he cheerfully took the time for my to study the samples and discuss the details. Andy, as well as the other tradesmen were conscientious and respectful. I am writing this review because reading the others helped me make the right choice. Call Tony, I am glad that I did.
