From the moment that I contacted Farrukh to inquire about his Bathtub reglazing service until after one week when the job was completed Farrukh provided me with outstanding service. Farrukh answered all my questions and concerns before the reglazing was done, he was clear about setting realistic expectations and most of all provided sound advice after the job was completed. The Reglazing of my tub was very well done and my tub looks brand new and I couldn't be more happy. I contacted several painting companies for estimates and I'm super happy that I selected WOW 1 Day Painting. My job wasn't big but the entire team treated me with so much respect and professionalism and made the entire experience outstanding. Kim did a virtual call to see my condo and the work required and provided a quote almost immediately by e-mail and it was reasonable and beat all competitors. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and patient to ensure the required insurance documents for my Condo Property Management were met. Rob answered all my questions before the project started. On the day of the project Hovig arrived early, helped to move the large furniture (bed, sofa), he was patient, friendly and did the job quickly and accurately. What I appreciated the most was that Hovig took the time to cover all my furniture, artwork and belongings with plastic cover before starting to paint. At the end Hovig cleaned up and made sure I was happy before leaving. My Condo looks fantastic and I've already received several positive compliments. Arnie provided excellent customer service throughout the entire project and was great at providing the required documentation to my Condominium Property Management to get the work approved. My entire condo unit had crown moulding installed and it was done quickly and efficiently. I love how fantastic my condo unit looks now and have received lots of positive compliments. I hired Drain King after reading the positive reviews on Home Stars. Tyler and Jason were both very helpful in working through an issue I was having with my shower. Tyler was great at explaining what needs to happen and the costs involved before he did any work. I will certainly hire Drain King for future plumbing needs.

My Whirlpool freezer was collecting ice and leaking water onto my laminate floor. I contacted Joe after reading all of the positive reviews on Home Stars. When I described the problem to Joe he knew immediately what the problem was, how to fix it and the price. Joe came within 30 minutes and got to work and fixed the problem. Joe charged me exactly what he said on the phone. It's been a week since the problem and I haven't had any issues.
