Didn't listen very well. Designed a cabinet against a window and needed me to mention it. During installation, they were off two feet and when we saw it, we had to tell them to dismantle what they had done and re-start from the beginning. Sent sink and faucet details including dimensions etc. but they ignored my information until the counter people said the cabinet wasn't built correctly. They did replace the cabinet but it had to be bumped out from the rest of the cabinet run. Last, the hinge on a bottom cabinet cane off in 2010 and they said they couldn't come out until they re-opened due to COVID regulations but they wouldn't come out after they opened for months. I volunteered to pay for the hinges and have my courier pick them up. I wanted everything to look the same in my expensive custom kitchen. After two email reminders, which was basically my entire experience working with them, I finally gave up. Very frustrating working with them and I won't bother going back for any more problems.

Great service and obvious the owner was experienced. He responded quickly and was honest about timelines which I appreciated. The finished product is exactly as promised and we are thrilled. The installation was done quickly and the work is solid. So happy we hired this company!(

Very good work and looks great. The garden was protected and the work area was cleaned up immaculately. Very happy with the results and I would recommend Ike to others.

When our new boiler was installed, the gas was shut off. We couldn't get the fireplace to ignite. Called Imran six days before Christmas and he wasn't sure but he said he would try. He ended up getting back to me quickly and said he would come on a Sunday! When he got here, he put a blanket down to protect my rug and dismantled everything very carefully. I noticed how gently he took everything out and cleaned the parts. He explained what happened and pointed out the problem which I think is great. He also added a material that looks like realistic glowing embers and gives an added depth to the fire. I will have Imran back on an annual basis - his work ethic is awesome! I highly recommend him.

Second time I've hired this very professional company. They do excellent work and it's done properly. My husband is a civil engineer and he was very impressed when he saw the finished work.

Quick response for a quote, work done right away in a few days. Professionals all the way. They removed about 400 sq.ft. (the ceiling) and radiator piping insulation. They did everything right!

Installed weeping tiles and sump pump throughout the basement. Quick response, almost immediate date to start, promised to provide the rebate form for the city's sump pump program and fantastic job. They moved the stairs, dismantled an old temporary shower, removed shelves etc. to ensure they covered the exterior wall without one comment about any extra costs. They finished in four days and did a marvelous job. I really felt they listened to my concerns, were very respectful of my home and that my job was important. The price was great - someone else quoted me double and kept saying, things like moving the stairs might be extra, it would be hard to go around some pipes etc. I would have been worried if I hadn't met with Anatoliy from Royal Works first. So happy I found his company on Homestars - it's been a fantastic experience! Below cost is after the City of Toronto's rebate program. They really went above and beyond my expectations.

Christina Van Eyck did a fantastic job designing a layout by listening to what we wanted and then making it very functional. She chose patterns, fabrics etc. and gave us many options. She has a great eye and was able to mesh everything together in an interesting and pleasing manner. When delivery day came, the actual product was exactly as she showed us so there weren't any surprises and the movers did a seamless job arranging all the furniture perfectly. More than a year later, we are extremely happy with the quality of the products and still love our upscale space. Highly recommend this company!

We needed to close a high window and contacted several people and Red Robin took the time to respond super-quickly. They came right away and sent me a quote after reassuring me they would try to match the brick. They're better than their word - the job looks awesome. They put in two stages, one with blocks and the other with bricks. Awesome job! Highly recommend them.

Our shower stopped working and Shanks had to change the part. (All the fixtures we bought 15 years ago from another company broke so we knew this was the list likely the case.) They ordered something that went well with our other bathroom fixtures. We've used them for decades with our radiators and knew they are a very dependable and trustworthy company. We couldn't be happier and we'll use them next month when we renovate our kitchen.

Awesome company - they were the best priced. They quoted me for 2 people and 1 truck but sent 3 people and 1 truck because they said it would go faster; they didn't charge me anything for this. El Cheapo quoted me after asking for detailed number of furniture etc. When I called them to discuss, they said it would need to be 4 people and two trucks instead of 2 people and 1 truck along with raising the hourly rate an extra $80 beyond that quoted. Brian, Joe and Victor were friendly and professional - no damage and very helpful!!

Anthony easily convinced me that I was dealing with a reliable and knowledgeable person. I wanted to replace our 70 year old leaded glass windows but keep the look. He educated me about my options and I felt that he knew exactly what I wanted and he would deliver it. He more than met my expectations with the fantastic quality and elegant final product. The pattern is perfectly duplicated to the original look. Last, the installation went beautifully - the wood trim on the interior wasn't damaged in the slightest. Michael and Michael are true artisans because everything looks perfect.
