Jermaine showed up on time. He answered all my questions and was able to fix the refrigerator door by replacing the worn out cam. He then levelled the fridge and while at it, he also levelled the dishwasher which had been unlevel since its installation. Further to that, he was able to fix a small table fan and also cleaned the dryer vent. He is curteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Jermaine for any appliance repair. ( PS, he also pointed out that I have a fridge filter for the water and ice maker that should be replaced every six months...didn't even know there was a filter. He showed me how to remove it and replace it).

Kevin at GTA Wildlife and Pest Control was recommended to me when I first bought my new but old house. Being phobic of rodents of any kind, I contacted Kevin at the first sign of a mouse. Turns out the dead mouse I saw was actually a dried leaf! I was too scared to verify. Kevin was so respectful of my phobia and was not even going to charge me for the call! I insisted he treat the whole house as if there were mice as a precaution. First year and a half, and still mouse free :) Carpenter ants however made their presence known this summer on the front porch. Kevin actually found the queen of the nest while treating the area. Found after buying house that old clay pipe was almost fully blocked and in disrepair. Live on a hill with cement steps so needed the pipe installation done so landscaping would not be compromised. Their work was fast, efficient and reliable. Found Vlad and Igor to be very professional, took time to explain everything, and in the end got sump pump installed for the price another company quoted without sump pump.
