On Friday, September 28, 2018, I hired Terin Kerr of Real Canadian Electric Ltd to assess the electrical issues in my home. The electrician, Terin Kerr, arrived on time, introduced himself and asked me questions about specific electrical concerns, as well as over all electrical issues in my home. I explained that at least 4-5 other families had lived in the house before me and had made some interesting repairs. I didn’t feel safe in my home. Terin listened to my concerns; asked questions; shared what he would be doing; explained the costs; and expertly repaired what needed to be fixed. He then checked all of the other outlets and took the time to show me what he was doing and why. One specific concern that I had was that the light for the basement is in the basement. Out of concern for my safety he asked if I would be interested in a remote controlled switch for the basement stairs. He explained and demonstrated how the remote control would work and what its ’cost would be. I LOVE IT!! Thank you Terin!! I finally feel safe to go downstairs into the basement. I have already recommended Terin to my family members and neighbours. Terin gave me confidence in my home. He assured me, and reassured me that I have a safe and cozy home.
