We rented an XRF from Ajax and one day after receiving it, the Ipaq completely broke and was unusable for an entire business day. We received a replacement Ipaq the next day and were told we would not be charged for the day that we were not able to use the XRF. When it came time for billing, we were still charged the entire weekly rate and were told this was still cheaper than being charged for 4 separate days. This was argued with them and they held firm on this point, and due to these two mishaps, we will never rent from them again.
