We engaged Alex to do what we thought was a minor repair that included removing a popcorn ceiling in a foyer area. As often seems the case, this turned into a much bigger project when water damage and mold was discovered. Through it all, Alex was flexible and accommodating of the scope change and was very professional in all our dealings. He delivered on his promises, was always on time, and communicated on a timely and effective basis throughout the project. We also very much appreciated his commitment to always returning the work area to a clean, clutter-free space we could use, as the work spanned a few weeks. He delivered on a timely basis, on budget and with great results. Highly recommend him for popcorn ceiling removal and for painting.
