ELSA in St Thomas-please contact the daughter of the stray box Bluestar delivered to you in error! PUBLIC warning-DON'T use this company !! They didn't arrive on time, didn't give the 48 hours notice of their arrival date, didn't give ANY notice of when the van was actually on the street-we waited 10 hours, then the driver said the truck was full and probably couldn't load our stuff!! After much " discussion" they crammed our stuff in and then we waited 3 extra days and many phone calls later at the other end for them to finally unload-at night , in the pouring rain. You wait on hold all the time, and although Robin, when you can actually reach her, is pleasant, nothing happens. You only get prompt attention BEFORE you agree to use this company. 2 months later, we are still trying to get back a missing box!
