Roman responded right away to my email request for service. It turned out to be a small repair to my dryer. Roman was quick to diagnose the problem and arrived with the repair part the following day. He is courteous and efficient. Will use Green Star again.

Excellent customer service and a great price for wool carpet on my hallway and two sets of stairs. Georgia went the extra mile to find additional samples for me after my first choice was no longer available. Installation was carefully completed, and my house was left clean and tidy. Everyone I dealt with at this location -- Georgia, Adam, Hussein and Ray -- was friendly and professional.

Our carpeted stairs and hallway look brand new! Carlos did an amazing cleaning job, but what really sets Green and Spotless apart is their high-touch customer service. Devon responded to my emails promptly, followed up quickly to schedule and helped solve the parking problem for their truck (no off-street parking in our downtown neighbourhood!). Carlos was friendly, professional and efficient, and gave us great advice for caring for some area rugs in our home. Green and Spotless is now our go-to company for all the services they provide. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with Yaron's quick response and professional, courteous service. He took the time to explain a couple of problem areas and offered options to fix them. We appreciated the before and after photos of the work. We would definitely recommend Tip Top Eaves, and will have Yaron back next year for exterior painting.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced and weren't sure what material to use for the counter top. Natallia was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the different options, including advising us that the Caesarstone we decided on would take several weeks or more to arrive from the supplier. During the wait, she was in touch weekly with delivery status updates. She also helped us choose a sink and faucet and gave us a great price for both! We were especially impressed by the measurement and installation process. There are two odd angles around our corner sink that we were a bit concerned about, but the fit is absolutely perfect. We were delighted with Natallia's "high touch" service and the finished product. Rockstella gets my highest recommendation.
