I hired Dave Marcotte Foundations to do a complete excavation and waterproofing of my foundation. The quality of the work is extremely high. I hired a structural engineer to inspect the foundation in the middle of the job. He was impressed by the thoroughness of the job. Dave and his crew were also extremely helpful in answering questions along the way. Overall, I think it would be difficult to find a better foundation company in the Ottawa area.

Oldy just finished rebuilding my chimney from the roofline up. To my eye, his work is flawless. After getting several quotes and spending a considerable amount of time researching the process, his craftmanship is far superior in comparison to what other companies offer, particularly his single pour concrete cap. Ask any other company how they do this part of the job. No one takes the time and effort to do it this way. This kind of work is never cheap, but Oldy's price was more than competitive. Only time will tell, of course, but the chimney now looks great.
