We had squirrels living in our attic and these guys were able to set is up with a next day appointment and deal with the critters.

Otto's Masonry repaired a number of bricks on our Victorian house which were simply disintegrating after the hard winter as well as a number of cracks which had shown up. The process of getting a quote was very easy when compared to the rest of the companies I worked with and the price was very competitive. There was a little bit of a scheduling problem on the second day of the job but Otto was able to figure out a way to get the work done. I had some questions about bricks which needed to be repaired as well and Otto made sure that those got done as well before they called the job done. Overall, an excellent experience and will not hesitate to use them again!

Maytag Metro Service came to repair a dishwasher. They were great, punctual and easy to work with. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule the original appointment and the repair was done without a problem. It may be a bit more expensive than what you would pay your neighbourhood plumber or repair man but I was confident that it was done to the specifications of the manufacturer. Will definitely call them back if we have another problem!

Acadian Contractors replaced our roof a few months ago. Don was very prompt with getting us a quote and managed to schedule us in on a very short notice because I was quite pregnant at the time. The crew was very courteous and accommodating and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the project. It was a complicated demolition due to the deck which was in place but they were able to do it. The only nitpick was that replacing one old piece of the underroof box was not included and I had to pay a few hundred dollars extra to have that done at the end. Fantastic to work with! Will likely have them replace my deck next summer too!

Rich and his crew came to trim the gigantic cedar hedge in our back yard which had not been maintained for years and also remove a dead tree. They were punctual (no, really!), their work looks fantastic and they were incredibly good about cleaning up all debris left behind. They were also very careful with our neighbours' plants and trees which at times was difficult since they had overgrown into each other over the fence. Their price was very competitive and the scheduling was done in a very reasonable time frame even though this is an incredibly busy time for them. Will most definitely use their services again next year!
