We had Twin Peaks replace the shingles on our home. The issue I have with the company is that once they were paid, any issues or concerns were ignored totally. Could not even get them to return my calls. I have splattered roof tar on my rubber deck surface. I also have some water run off concerns. I was curious if the company is even still in business because of the black hole my phone calls disappear into. Sad to say, I would not recommend any major financial commitment to this company. Had Kyle and his team give us a quote for new shingles. Quote seemed very fair. Booked with Twin Peaks immediately. The Owner/Operator was very easy to get a hold of and deal with. As usual, some additional questions and tasks were added to the job. They accepted these additional jobs willingly. Came on time, worked very hard, did a great job and completed the project like pros. Happy to refer them to friends and family. Great job guys. Tom
