This is the second time I’ve had Drainpro do plumbing work for me. I had a toilet fixed in December of 2013. It wasn't a simple DIY fix for me, as the shut-off valve needed to be replaced which required soldering. Matt did such a great job that, when my second toilet started running (and as luck would have it, the shut-off valve needed replacing too) I called and asked to have him back. He and his assistant arrived on time and were very very friendly and professional. Matt assessed the repairs that were needed and gave me the price upfront so there were no surprises. He fixed my second toilet in no time at all. Once again, great job! Drainpro has my business for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

This last winter was exceptionally cold and I knew my furnace was on its last legs when it was obvious there was a 10 degree difference in temperatures between the main floor and second floor of my house. When my (very old) hot water tank was then tagged by the gas company June 5th due to a gas leak, I knew it was time to replace my heating/cooling system. Reliance was recommended by a neighbour and in less than 24 hours, Ron came to my home to assess and offer options on replacements. Installation was promptly booked and I’m happy to say I have a brand new – WORKING – furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. I was particularly impressed at the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the installers: Derrick and Jon. Not only did they take their time to ensure everything was installed correctly and in working order, they took the time to explain everything to me and thoroughly answered all my questions.
