Andy was easy to get in touch with and worked hard the whole day. He was careful with our things. My only suggestion is that it might have helped if he had a bigger truck so that we didn't have to make two trips. We didn't have a long distance to travel so it wasn't a big deal. Of all the fragile things he moved, we only had one broken item and it wasn't that sturdy to begin with.

Adam worked confidently and professionally during each step of our repairs. He always explained the problem and options to us and I could just tell that he was working very hard to make sure that everything was meticulously fixed to code. It's nice to be able to trust someone to do a great job and not to rip you off!
