Purchase of gas furnance. For financing we were forced to acquire their Sears credit card at 29.99% interest for payment each month. Other companies go through financial institutions at a low interest rate.

An annual service call for our old air conditioner was placed. Within 30 minutes, assessment that a new air conditioner was to be replaced. Dispatched for sales person for a new model. All finances and purchase and delivery and installation was completed in 7 days. Very satisfied and would pass on this review.

Service was above and beyond of what was expected. Work was done in 45 minutes. When contractor was unavailable through the Receptionist, dispatch to the appropriate Service Person was placed. Call was returned within the hour. Totally satisfied, 100%

Very professional and all work was completed with more than best professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like a repair. Customer was totally satisfied in each stage of the work.
