An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Craig Hepburn has done 2 renovations on my behalf. The first involving gutting and rebuilding a basement, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in one house and a basement in my daughter's house while she was living out of Canada. Craig is a pleasure to work with, does above quality work (actually a perfectionist), on time and on budget and he justifies all costs. I cannot say enough about Craig nor the work he does. To reinforce my opinion of him and his work I would, without question, use his services again without even going for another quote. That is how much I trust him and value his work. One cannot go wrong hiring Craig Hepburn to perform whatever work that needs to be performed .
