Pritchard Mechanical comes to my house to serviced my furnace on a regular basis. They call ahead and set you up for an appointment in advance of your service call. The pricing was right for year long contract and timing of appointment was accurate. I would recommend this company to everyone. They install a humidifier on my furnace in the crawl space. not an easy task, and replace a vent motor. Service and office personal are excellent.

Phone with leaky washer hose, Trevor arrived 20 min later Fixed the problem with new hoses, and was done in less then one hour. Cleaned up my old mess of insulating while he was behind the machines. Great Job Thanks

Needed new vapour barrier in crawl space. Contacted the company to get a free quote. Sales person arrived at the scheduled time, reviewed my requirements and provided a written quote before leaving. A scheduled date and time were arranged. The installation staff did a great job. Quick, Clean and very professional. Removed all old barrier and cleaned up the area. Very Pleased would recommend...

Called and got a quote over the phone, could have us the on line service. the contractor arrived on time, and completed the job in short order. He was very professional and did a great job. A little expensive for a small job, but the cost seems to be the going rate.

Called Frank Dutra after the big rain storm and found 6" of water in my crawl space. He came over that day and had a look to see how bad it was. He suggested we wait a week and see if the water goes down and it did. The flood was ground water coming up through the dirt floor. We decided to put the sump pump in as an insurance against any further problems. He and his son did a fantastic job of both the installation and keeping the house clean with drop cloths. Also did the wiring of the pump electrical receptacle. Great price and service

Had the Vinyl siding out side power washed.. Staff showed up on time and were very polite. They did a great Job. Just a little to expensive for our needs.

They came out in the pouring rain to look at the ceiling leak I had, they did a quick fix to get me through the storm. They came back to day to replace bad shingles that were causing some of the problems. They also fixed my flat roof where there was also a leak... What a great job, done by great people Thanks Again

E-Mailed to get a quote, We made arrangements for a review of my requirements. They showed up next day, Had good suggestions on what would do the job for us. we picked a product and it was installed 2 weeks later. Great friendly service and expert installation.

HAD A NEW FRONT DOOR AND FRAME INSTALLED , OVER A YEAR AGO. 8 MONTHS LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT DOOR FRAME, AS THE FIRST ONE SPLIT AFTER INSTALLATION. ONE EXCUSE AFTER AN OTHER AS TO WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.. VERY POOR AFTER SALES RESPONCE TO PROBLEMS OR FIXES. NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS OF SERVICE... SORRY THAT I HAVE RECOMMENED THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS.
