We have been dealing with this company for almost 30 years. During our annual furnace service it was noted that we had a couple of significant problems...the furnace was 19 years oud and mid-efficiency and the A/C unit was original to the house and noisey and not efficient. So we decided to go for the full package with some duct modifications, flow through humidifier and duct cleaning. The whole process was great. The HVAC system was done in one day and the ducts cleaned the next day. The crews were very polite and wore masks at all times in our home...they showed us how everything worked and left no mess behind. The new Lennox system is super quiet and we look forward to saving money on hydro and gas. I would give a very high recommendation for this company and crew.

Our roof started to leak during the worst rainstorm we can remember. Checking the Yellow Pages I called 3 different local roofing companies looking for help. Not one returned my call. Then I found a small ad for Guildwood Roofing and it said Emergency Repairs. Much to my surprise Simon answered the phone, listened to my problem and said he would be at my door in 30 to 45 minutes. It was Sunday, pouring rain, yet he came as promised. Climbed onto the roof and made several temporary repairs to stop the leaks. Because he was so helpful we asked for a quote to do the whole roof. Simon came inside and showed us his portfolio about his business. His metro license, workers compensation, liability insurance, better business bureau and several certificates from roofing manufacturers, all up to date. His price was very reasonable and he was contracted to do the reroofing in 2 weeks. One week passed and he called to say he could have his crew in on Sunday morning to do the job. The crew were very courteous, did a fabulous job and cleaned up so well you would not know they had been there. Simon came by on Monday to inspect the work and check if we were satisfied before receiving payment. It doesn't get any better than that. We would highly recommend Guildwood Roofing, Simon and crew to all our friends and neighbours. Thank you Simon.

Great service from phone staff to delivery and pick-up. On time as promised. When I look around our neighbourhood and see the crappy looking bins that people rent, I am impressed by the pristine condition of your bright green bin. It was clean inside and out. Set in the driveway on protective boards exactly where I requested. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Thanks for a great job.
