I found Ted's company on HomeStars along with a few more, when looking for somebody to install a sprinklers system on our corner lot lawn. All of the companies I had chosen, had high reviews and all of them, of course, were busy people. However, Ted's super quick response times, his readiness to listen and hear (which are not the same thing), his deep knowledge of the topic, willingness to help, stood out right away. I decided to hire Ted and I do not regret. One can tell that this person and his guys do it not only because it is their job, but because they love it and they are proud of it. Obviously, the job was well done and I would definitely recommend Ted and his crew to others. And just a few points as to why I would recommend. First, Ted is highly knowledgeable and sharp. He could answer questions that no other contractor knew answers to, even though all of them stated they had years of experience this family business . One can tell Ted has done a lot of research, experiments, gained a lot of experience on the "field" and he doesn't just install sprinklers - he consults on why, what, where, how much, why not, provides options and so on. He can easily support his answers by calculations. This has impressed me. Second, the guy makes himself available to answer questions or discuss any topics, even after the installation is complete. Third, his team is super friendly, hardworking, attentive to details, precise, and empathetic. They arrived extra early on the day we had agreed on, worked all the time they were at our place, they were super cautious, when digging and patching back by hand, and left everything clean and tidy after them. Overall, great experience.

I'd like to start off by saying that I will definitely recommend this company. It was a smooth sailing from the very first moment I contacted the company (Kathy answered the phone) to Mike's follow-up and our payment. Those guys are very friendly, tactful, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and very easy to deal with. Really - zero headaches on our side. I found them on this site and do not regret we chose them. We felt quality in everything they do - precise measurements, good recommendations, rich selection of materials, professional team that would always arrive on time as promised, work diligently, and clean up when done. All this while being attentive to both details and customer's requests/questions. The follow-up by Mike to check in and see whether the customer had any questions or concerns was unexpectedly pleasant. One can tell the employees have good attitude and also know how to deal with people. Our floors look awesome and we have been enjoying them every day.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Silvano and seeing the result of his team's work. Will definitely recommend this company to anybody. I was really impressed by the amazing attitude, honesty, accountability, diligence, punctuality, great communication and willingness to help without making up excuses or providing vague explanations. The process was quick, simple and satisfactory. We needed the job done as soon as possible and within reasonable monetary limits, while preserving high quality. We got it! What else can an average customer hope for?!

It was a completely smooth sailing. From the very first time I contacted the customer service to the completion of work. Both the customer service reps and the technician performing the work were super nice and knowledgeable. The scheduling and notifications were timely and precise. No issues, no hiccups, no uncertainty, no cutting corners. Quality is embedded everywhere. It was worth both the money and effort. I would recommend the company to those who are willing to pay extra few dollars for not having headaches instead of hiring cheaper solution providers.

Our experience was very positive. From the very first moment I contacted the salesperson (I had found them on HomeStars, along with 3 other companies we had gotten quotes from in the selection process), throughout the communication and up to the installation and even post the installation. All the people we were in touch with are friendly, nice, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, punctual, always reachable and approachable for questions. It was a smooth sailing and work was done as promised and on time without excuses, aha moments, apologies for inconvenience or any other side effects of some contractors. Quality for these people is not just a fashionable buzzword. Quality is in small things. And we are picky customers. Trust is not earned very easily and is a combination of multiple factors. The employees of this company and their products have definitely earned our trust. We now have two quality doors and we do not regret our choice for either the materials or the company. We think the product and experience are well worth the money. I would highly recommend the company.
