I think at one point Coco homes cared about the homes they built. Now it's about how fast they can build and take your money. It has been 16 months from our first deposit to possession. The foundation wasn't poured till January 2014..then they slapped the house together in a matter of 6 months. Our pre possession walk through was an absolute disaster. We had to reschedule and do another pre possession walk through.Overall there are numerous deficiencies and lack of communication, it's not a great combination. I would steer clear of this builder.
