He is obviously knowledgeable and experienced. I appreciated that he keeps parts in his car, so he was able to fix the dishwasher immediately. He explained to me what was broken and how he fixed it, and he gave me tips for preserving the good function of the dishwasher in the future, very helpful. Will call him again!
