Only second season with our $50k pool and have had nothing but issues. Numerous service calls the first season and now a week into our pool being opened (by pioneer for $600) a part has stopped working in the heater!! Best of all, the response we get is that it's no big deal and we should just be patient. Only ONE gas fitter works for ALL their service calls and he's very busy so we should just be patient and someone will contact us in a few days to set something up!!! Acts like we're the pain in the neck here and should Just chill out. Paid a premium price because we were lead to believe they offered superior quality and service. Right !!! Right up until they cash the cheque and then your a nobody.

I experienced a leak in my basement as a result of a foundation crack in a large 6ft window well. Pierre had his crew arrive the next day and they were very friendly and professional. I am very pleased not only with the service I recieved but also the cost for this size of project was amazing! Thank you AquaSeal, I would definetly recommend your company to family and friends.
