This was the 3rd time I had Modern Day Painting do work for me, I called Anthony and had him come to my house to help answer some questions (I was impressed he made time to come to my house and speak to me in person) My fence was installed 5 years ago and started to looked grey and weathered, so I asked what the options were to rejuveniate the fence. Anthony recommended the fence be sanded to remove the dead wood and open the pours of the wood. This was a large Job it took almost 3 days to get all the work done (and it was done over the long weekend as I was hosting a B-day Party the following weekend) Once again Anthony and his crew were on time (it was so hot I felt bad for them so I got them some water) the work was completed on time, they even did 2 coats of stain on the fence. I had nothing but compliments from everyone at the party, have a look at the pictures - looks sharp!

My AC wasn't working, I had the guys from Air Flow in during the winter when my Furnace wasn't working. On the hotest day of the year Mohamood make some time to fit me in later that day. On time, ordered the part for me a few days later fixed the problem. Not only is he a professional he is honest and gives the customer options, a quality you dont find very often in the Contracting field. Its a love hate relationship, I hate to call him when I have a problem but I know he will fix the issue in a timely manner.

The pride that Milorad and his son have in there work is outstanding. Of all the people I called Milorad was the only that took the time to explain what caused the tiles to crack / break. He went over analysis of why this might be happening before even talking about doing the job. His years of experience are truly on display every min he is working. The attention to detail to make sure the job is done right is impeccable, he was always on time and stayed until the job was done for the day. The job was done the exact day we first talked about and everything was left clean and finished. I would use Milorad again and comes highly recommended, I even have a few other projects that might engage him in.
