I have used this company for several tunings of my upright grand and have always been satisfied with their work. The tech usually has to adjust my damper as well, and he never charged for that service. The tech also secured the internal components of my piano, for a cross-country move .... he provided all the supplies and included the task in the cost of my regular tuning. The owner/tech is very busy, so sometimes you have to wait a bit for an appointment. But it is always worth the wait because he does excellent work! He's also friendly and respectful; I always felt comfortable having him come into my home.

Mr. Ross did an excellent job of tuning our piano (upright grand) and fixing some sticky keys. At a later visit, he also installed a humidity equalizer unit on my piano and trained us on how to do the maintenance. He is an older gentleman with tremendous experience and expertise. He was kind and respectful ... he even brought booties to put on over his shoes so that he would not get my floor dirty when wearing his shoes in the house!

Our new washing machine had a major manufacturing defect. Don's Home Appliance Service was sent out, by the manufacturer, to determine if the defect was fixable or whether we needed a new washer. He came to do the work in a timely manner. He was pleasant to deal with, fair, and competent. I'm not sure what his pricing is like, as the manufacturer had to pay for the visit, but I have only ever heard good things about his company.

We purchased three major appliances at Jordan's. Their staff were excellent, pleasant to deal with, and I never feel like I'm being attacked by vultures when I go into their store! They know their stuff, and they are eager to supply their customers with reliable info about their products. They are not the cheapest place to purchase appliances ... but their quality of services is well worth the extra money. They also have GREAT sales, and the manager is very pleasant about giving special pricing or a bit of savings due to multiple purchases. Our washing machine had a major manufacturing defect, and Jordan's was sooooooo easy to deal with. They didn't try to give us the run around, or simply make us deal with the manufacturer (which they totally could have done, because it was entirely not their fault). They were quick to offer a few different solutions and let us pick what would be best for our family situation. They even lent us a washer (which they delivered to us for free) while we waited for our new washer to arrive. They did their best to ensure that we were not out any money or greatly inconvenienced. They just went above and beyond what was really required of them! I am just so impressed with their staff and management!

HE Armstrong has fixed several plumbing issues in our home. They do good quality work, in a timely manner. I've also used their services for emergencies, and they were at our house within an hour ... on a weekend, and in a snow storm! (I'm especially pleased with their one plumber named Laurie ... on top of being good at his job, he is friendly and accommodating.)
