This year, they sent Ali Fereid for this service. Ali was very pleasant and professional in his job. Since the sump pump is something that we rarely every need to deal with, upon completion of his work Ali also suggested going over the basics of this unit, which I really appreciated. This company is top notch! The sales rep, Pete Donald, was extremely helpful in explaining all my options and ensuring I was provided with the proper furnace and A/C to satisfy my family's needs. After noticing that I was not completed convinced by the original proposal, Pete was quick to find an alternative that made me feel more comfortable. The installation was completed by professionals who knew their stuff. Although they needed to cut out some drywall to complete the installation, they did so in such a way that it was so easy to re-install the cut out drywall. I highly recommend this organization.
