Terrible customer service. The owner (male) is arrogant and rude. I purchased $500 worth of equipment, struggled with it, and the owner said I was "wasting his time" when I needed help with it. Avoid the business and buy elsewhere. God help you if you need to return something because they'll make it very difficult for you (despite their 20% restock fee).
