I had an old patio door leading out to my deck. It got so bad that it would hardly open and close. My neighbour recommended Gem Windows & Doors, and the whole experience with them was excellent. Seymour (Sales) was informative, professional and responded to my phone calls and e-mails. Walter (installer) and his assistant completed the installation quickly, thoroughly and were very tidy. The new patio door makes a fantastic difference from inside and out.
