I contacted C Plus Roofing to replace the old roof of my recent project in East York. Jacky showed up for the appointment promptly and provided a reasonable written estimate. After they were selected for the job, Jacky and his crew arrived on site right on time and finished the whole job very efficiently. They removed all layers of old shingles without making a mess on the property. There was some small issue left behind since it got dark and late at night, however they came back within few hours of calling them and fixed everything. We hired Paul for our recent renovation/remodeling project. This project was one of our most complex jobs requiring raising portion of existing ceiling with a slope to accommodate required headroom above new staircase. We couldn’t just trust anybody to take over the job. At first meeting, Paul appeared to be competent and provided a reasonable quotation. He showed up on site prepared and on schedule and was able to build everything in shortest possible time according to plan and drawings. Very knowledgeable, cooperative and skilful. We custum ordered the drapery for our main window in living/family room for our new home here. Order was ready and installed on time, it looked great first, but after few hours we noticed the two pieces don't look exactly the same, and there are some differences in the shade... We called Atlas-Pood and they came to our place to see the problem, however, they insisted the two pieces are the same, despite all comments from us and our friends. We guessed it could be due to installing them in opposite directions, so we asked them to flip one of them and they did it free of charge, after re-installing the drapery no change was noticed and now we're sure the two pieces were not made of same fabric roll.

Had my lap top which is also my home computer 3 times in their Geek Squad for same repair! Each time it was back with the same problem, last time they quoted me the repair as the warranty was expired, I asked them not to repair it and send it back to me, had to wait 3 weeks to get my computer back! Totally un-satisfied...

Had problem with my old water softener... Called Water Depot and they had my water tested in place, found the solution and offered good product... Totally happy with new Softener as it reduced my salt consumption to less than half and better water quality... Professional Installation service...

We wanted to have an enclosure, including a roof over our front porch... Very satisfied with quality and workmanship that we received... Excellent installation services... Will hire Rusco again for my future projects... Their installet, Jerry, makes sure everything is absolutely perfect!
