Just service came to do a repair on my fridge where the fridge needed to be pulled out. The repair was done, fridge was pushed back, but left sticking out 6 inches from where it was originally. I mentioned it to the service tech, Robert, and he assured me it was as far back as it could go without damaging the wall. He left, but realized the fridge could not stay there as I could not reach the cabinets above now, and we just had the kitchen cabinets built around the fridge so it was sitting almost flush with the cabinets. I called the company immediately. They reached out to the tech. who refused to come back saying if it goes back any further it would void the warranty! I let them know that we could not pull the fridge out ourselves as my husband had surgery and was not able to pull it out. The office lady became quite rude and condescending and refused to even have the tech come out to see as to why it was not going further back. I argued as to why he should. She said she would contact the "manager" and get back to me, but I never heard back. In the meantime, I had a different company come in to have a look, they pulled the fridge out and it was stuck on a piece of styrofoam and had no issues with pushing the fridge back to the original position. BTW. the original issue that was "fixed" is still a problem. Would never use them or recommend them to anyone!! Would have been so simple for the tech to just return and take a look!! Ridiculous!

I thought I would give maid pro a chance, since I was disappointed with a couple of other companies I had tried in the past, and this time I must say, I was not disappointed. Judy and Iesha cleaned my house, very friendly and gave lots of feedback. It was dusted top to bottom. The floors were spotless! It's nice to find a company that pays so much attention to detail, not to mention the little "extras" i.e: the way they folded the towels was a nice touch! Keep up the great work! I would definitely recommend giving maid pro a try and see for yourself.

Do not hire this company! I received a flyer and called about the "Very Best Treatment Plan" and asked for a price. The girl i talked to gave me a price and said it would be 6 visits and she "threw in"grub control for that price. I asked her to send a confirmation e-mail of exactly what was included in the price and include confirmation for grub control. A day or so later I realized that the flyer clearly states that the Very Best Treatment Plan includes 7 visits, not the 6 that she had mentioned on the phone. I called Dr. Green and they said they would have her call me directly. She never called. In the meantime Dr. Green did the first application. I called again and was told that the girl was trying to "save me money and quoted me on 6 visits instead of 7. I explained i never called and said anything about saving money, my original phone call was to get a price on the "Very Best Treatment Plan" period! I was eventually put through to Amy K. I explained the situation to her and told her to cancel my lawn care until this is cleared up. Amy told me that she "certainly does not want to loose a customer because of one less application" and that she would certainly do the 7 visits for the price I was quoted. I asked her to send me a confirmation e-mail. Amy sends me an e-mail quoting "as per our conversation" that I agreed to the 6 visits!!!!! I could not believe what I was reading, I sent her an e-mail telling her how dare she puts words in my mouth! and to cancel my lawn care, I want NOTHING to do with Dr. Green nor would I ever recommend them! She said I owed for the first treatment and I said i would not pay, Dr. Green did not honour what i was told, or quoted on and she said that was fine. Yesterday I get a call from Dr. Green looking for money. I was looking for a lawn Care company to look after my lawn, more than willing to pay for their services. You tape your telephone conversations, listen to them and you will clearly hear what was said!

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
look elsewhere and get everything in writing and do not pay up front

Hi Kathy,
typically the very best program does include 7 visits, but keep in mind we are now in the month of June and you missed out on the first round of fertilizing which is why we begin on the 2nd visits, totalling the program to 6. The service was still completed because you did agree to the service which is why the service was performed. I do apologize for the confusion. I would certainly like to work something out for you.
