Having chosen Guardian Seal to perform the work necessary to solve our leaky basement problem, we are firmly convinced we made the right choice. We used Homestars to screen prospective contractors and received bids from three of the top rated companies. Although the bids and ratings were similar, I was impressed by Joe's professionalism, prompt assessment of the problem and precise quote.(the lowest, I might add) His sons arrived before the scheduled time, completed the work and left the work area clean as per our agreement. Having observed the guys work progress and their application of the waterproofing material, we are confident in the quality of the work and look forward to proceeding with our basement finishing project. The service Guardian Seal provided exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to refer anyone to them. The peace of mind of a job well-done is satisfying.
