Virgil and his son from Falco Mechanical installed a radiant flooring system in our newly underpinned basement. The floor is heated using water and a Navian on-demand (tankless) water heater. When our existing furnace dies, the Navian can be used to heat our house too. Virgil and his son were excellent to deal with. They are very hard-working and responsive. Virgil likes to make sure that you don't waste your money on things you don't need (like vent cleaning). We were very pleased with Falco Mechanical and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Derek from Floorlab did an excellent job polishing our newly installed concrete floor in the basement. He did the work on time and used effective dust control measures during the process so that the job wasn't messy at all. The floor looks amazing and we are very happy with the results. Derek is a pleasure to deal with and he obviously cares a lot about doing a great job. The end product is really like a work of art.

Maximum General Contracting was highly recommended by a work colleague and we are very glad to have selected Maximum. John, the owner of Maximum, was a pleasure to deal with. The work that his men did in digging out and underpinning our basement was first-rate. We had no concerns during the process. The work was done on time. The other contractors who have inspected the work when bidding on the finishing work have said that the underpinning job was well done, including the quality of the concrete floor. Maximum carries all necessary insurance and workers' comp and is willing to guarantee the quality of its workmanship and its waterproofing work. I would not hesitate to recommend Maximum General Contracting to underpin your basement.
