While they have some beautiful fabrics on display and it isn't overwhelming like some of the other stores, I was disappointed. Most of the fabric options are in books, not displayed, so you need to sort through a million books to find what you need. Also the sales staff were not knowledgeable or helpful, nor were they nice.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job in a short amount of time. Helped me select nice finishes, stuck to my budget, and left the site clean. Followed up to make sure I was happy (I am!).

Zahlco is a Very good and reliable company. They are Honest and hardworking. Great work - very high quality. I love my new basement and kitchen. Highly recommended to everyone.

I absolutely love this store. I have shopped elsewhere in the past but never again because I look forward to going to Universal. Their huge showroom is so beautiful and they have millions of products on display. They have all styles, and a lot of trendy and modern things, which was what I was looking for. I bought a few pieces from their own line that they design so it is exclusively theirs. They are crystal chandeliers with shades around them. They come in all shapes and sizes and have been featured in a ton of decorating magazines. My decorator recommended coming here first and I am so glad she did. They are stunning! And the staff were so nice and professional and helpful. Everyone who helped us was knowledgable and friendly. Their prices are great and very competitive. You won't find better prices anywhere. I think everyone should shop here. They also some trendy home accents that are displayed around the store, which make it feel very upscale. Highly highly recommended.
